I did a simple WordPress install when I was setting up the blog instead of a custom install.  If you install it with the simple option you will not have access to FTP.<\/p>\n<p>Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!<\/p>\n<p>How does that even make sense?<\/p>\n<p>So now what? Ugh.  Guess I just deal with the ugly for now.<\/p>\n<p>At least I&#8217;m not totally stupid.  I was becoming more and more frantic about the state of my brain.  It should be so simple.
